The fitter you are, the less you tend to weigh. For all intents and purposes, getting fit and losing weight end up with you in the same place: looking and feeling better than ever before. If you concentrate on cardio fitness, you'll end up losing all the weight you ever dreamt of, and your heart will thank you for the effort.
